Yes. We primarily serve residential properties while also undertaking selected commercial projects for businesses, builders, landlords and property managers. Larger or specialized projects may require photos or an on-site assessment before the final quote is confirmed.

For most standard services, no upfront payment is required. Payment is normally due after the work is completed. Certain larger, specialized, first-time or higher-risk projects may require a deposit. If a deposit applies, we will clearly tell you before the work is booked.

Absolutely. Many customers combine services such as window cleaning and gutter cleaning, or pressure washing with another exterior service. Simply select everything you need when requesting your quote. Where applicable, bundled services may also qualify for savings.

Yes, and we encourage it. Photos help us understand the size and condition of the job, property access, height and any areas requiring special attention. This can help us provide a more accurate estimate without requiring an initial site visit.

Not always. Many exterior services can be completed while you are away, provided we have the necessary access and arrangements have been confirmed beforehand. Interior services naturally require appropriate access to the property.

Payment is generally due upon completion of the service. Available payment options may include Interac e-Transfer, card and cash. The applicable payment information will be provided when your service is completed.
