Q: Do I need to be home or at the office to let you in, or can I give you a key?

We have numerous keys stored on a secure board to which only our Team Leaders have access. We label each key by a customer code - not business or address. This makes it easier for our clients not to have to remember to leave a key each day we are scheduled. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Should you require a copy of our documentation, please advise.

Q: Will you be the one working, or will you send someone else?

Typically, Management will send a Team Leader as well as one or two other crew members. On occassion, Management will check-up on the staff, or attend and help them out!

Q: How would you like me to pay?

Please leave cash or a cheque for the staff, and they will leave an invoice. There will never be a discrepancy between the invoice and the price you have been quoted.

Q: What if I want extra services (ie: inside the refridgerator or oven)? How do I request them?

Should you require Supplemental Services, please call us one week in advance. This allows us notice to allocate additional scheduling time or staff for your home or business.

We appreciate your business and guarantee our service...if you are unsatisfied in any way, please let us know within 24hrs of the visit, and we will correct it within 48!
